Examples of Presentation / Kubjito

Finding examples of people who present their creatures in strong ways, high quality, integrated with the environment, fit for purpose ect.

This is a creature by Kubjito on the Zbrush forums. I have chosen this because its a striking image with a strong design but it is still relatively simple. It uses the camera angle to hide the back leg where the model bends, the only hint that this is maybe a shortcoming not a pose is the back foot looking very static, and the sole of the foot is flat.

The render is effective, and makes use of a muted colour pallette giving the creature earthy tones, complimented by the small amount of floor that you can see at the bottom, showing that whilst it is in a non distinct environment it still fits with the elements that are shown.

It also includes the design evolving and changing before the final version.
